Earthing and Grounding Solutions
Design and consulting for earthing solution for salty soil area.
Beneficiary: PGVCL, Dhangadhra (Di. Surendranagar).
We have undertaken the project from its design to deliverables to maintain less than 2 ohms earth resistance in salty and dry soils of Dhangadhra region.
All the earthings were maintenance free electrodes to achieve the desired earth resistance and to ensure non-failure of specially designed Load Shedding Transformers (LSTC).
Area Protection System
(Lightening Protection)
Design and consulting of Area of Protection System for Saurashtra University, Rajkot.
We have designed and delivered the area protection solutions to Saurashtra University for its prestigious project of National Drug Discovery Facility Centre having high value and critical equipments for analytical research.
The system was comprising of Lightening arrestor of LPI, Australia (Radius of protection = 80 mtr), strike counter and transient earth bonding unit.
Private Projects
HT, LT Line Underground Network
Design and consulting for LT/HT Underground System at Raj Residency Service Co-Op Housing Society, Nana Mava Circle, Rajkot.
Client: M/s. Avadh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Rajkot.
This was the first project of its kind in Saurashtra-Kutch sanctioned by PGVCL (Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited) with end-to-end consumer metering and underground electrical network.
We have designed the total underground system and got it approved from the PGVCL.
The system was conceptualized and designed as per practices followed in UGVCL with optimum capacity utilization.
The whole underground network was bifurcated in FSPs and MSPs with required isolation points for easy repair and maintenance in future at minimal shut down time and effect to end consumer.
LT Line Underground Network
Design and consulting for LT Underground System at Aryaland, Nr Ambika Township, Kalawad Road, Rajkot.
Client: M/s. Arya Builders, Rajkot
We have designed LT underground system for 150 nos. bunglows with scattered load bus and metering point. There are total 160 nos. of service connections with total load of more than 600 KVA on system network.
GSPC CNG Gas Station
GSPC Online CNG Mother Station at Shapar (Veraval), Di. Rajkot.
Client: M/s. Avadh Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
We have undertaken total electrical design of on-line mother CNG station (Franchisee Base) developed by GSPC for the first time in Saurashtra-Kutch region.
Our electrical drawings were approved and validated by GSPC in accordance to design of M/s. j p kenny (Global Consulting Firm on Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals).
Our detailed engineering is been approved as per PESO requirements of Zone-II.
Our LT panel is uniquely designed to reduce losses of Rs. 4000+ per month of transformer and power factor. Not that, but the total capital investments on parts and sub-parts of electrical system is curtailed upto 40% maintaining higher system efficiency and quality benchmarking.
